Ouch! Suspecting a run-in with a star picket, his owners didn\u2019t waste a moment and gave us a call.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dr Sophie and veterinary assistant Zara attended to Whiskey after-hours. On arrival, the wound was carefully assessed and prepared for surgery. Whiskey even braved a bit of a makeover \u2013 we had to clip his forelock to access the wound properly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Using <strong>multiple layers of stitches<\/strong>, we closed the wound with care to ensure proper healing and reduce the risk of infection.
